Travis Hill

Travis Hill is a lifelong Wyoming native, avid outdoor enthusiast, and proud Gulf War Era veteran who served nine years in both the U.S. Navy and U.S. Air Force. Raised working in his father’s sporting goods store and on his grandfather’s dairy farm between Cody and Powell, Travis developed a deep appreciation for the wide-open country and early memories of pack trips into the Thoroughfare and Yellowstone.

An engineer-turned-entrepreneur, Travis earned a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the University of Wyoming, where he met his wife of 23 years, Jessica (a fifth-grade teacher). They live in Cody with their sons, Everest (17) and Orion (15). Travis now works as an associate broker and independent contractor with 307 Real Estate, after more than 15 years as an engineer and project manager in Cody.

Committed to community, Travis coaches local youth football, baseball, and basketball, served five years on the Cody Youth Baseball board, and chaired the Northwest Board of Realtors’ RPAC for two years. He has provided leadership to the Cody Chamber of Commerce for four years, serving as Vice Chairman in 2020 and Board Chairman in 2021. His dedication has earned him Cody Chamber Member of the Year (2021) and back-to-back Top Producing Realtor of the Year honors at 307 Real Estate (2020, 2021).

In his free time Travis enjoys camping, fishing, golfing, off-road adventures, and exploring Wyoming with family and friends. He champions local business and brings disciplined, service-focused leadership to every client relationship.
