Excellent site for building bordering Lane 14 in the Willwood area. Nice views of Heart Mountain and the surrounding country. Convenient location to both Powell and Cody. Per Seller, Natural gas and electric service is along Lane 14 but service has not been established on the lot (Buyer should confirm availability of utilities). Willwood Canal crosses the property; the 2025 assessment shows 4.5 acres of irrigation; however the Park County Mapserver shows the portion of the lot north of Willwood Canal is approximately 2.5 acres. There is no public or private road access to the south portion of the lot, which borders a huge parcel of Bureau of Reclamation/BLM. The neighboring property to the east has a private bridge.
