I’ve proudly called Wyoming home since 2005. Born and raised in Montana and now raising my family here in Wyoming, I have a deep appreciation for small-town living, close-knit communities, and the people who call them home. Sheridan County and the Tongue River Valley hold a particularly special place in my heart.

Before becoming a Realtor, I spent more than 20 years working as a safety and risk representative in the mining and oil and gas industries. That background has given me a unique perspective in real estate. I pay attention to the details, ask a lot of questions, and I’m not afraid to take a closer look, even if that means crawling under a house (you will not see me in heels.)

I believe my job isn’t simply to sell you a property. It’s to help you make a good decision.

I’ll be honest about what I see, what concerns me, and when I think something deserves a closer look. If I don’t know the answer, I’ll work to find it. And if I believe a property isn’t a good purchase for you, I’m willing to say so. I would much rather see you walk away from the wrong house than watch you regret buying it later.

Whether I’m representing a buyer or a seller, I believe in straightforward communication, hard work, and having my client’s back from beginning to end. I’m not a high-pressure salesperson, and you won’t get a lot of unnecessary frills from me. What you will get is practical advice, honest communication, attention to detail, and someone who is willing to do the work.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me at one of my kids’ sporting events, tending to my funny farm, working in the garden, or simply enjoying small-town Wyoming life.
