Haylee Nieters

Haylee Nieters is a part of a third generation Cody family who indulges in farming, ranching, and real estate development. Residing in Cody for the last 15 years has allowed her to experience all Cody has to offer, and she strives to help others do the same. Haylee grew up around the industry and it was undeniable it was the right path for her as well. Her passion is helping others and making the home buying process as enjoyable and memorable as possible. Buying or selling in the Cowboy State is no easy job, but it’s a task Haylee is excited to guide her clients through, while creating a bond that will last through the years. 

Haylee enjoys all things home related and when she’s not selling real estate or renovating it, she is decorating it. Haylee, her husband Nic, a first officer with Skywest Airlines, spend the majority of their weekends fixing up homes in Cody’s downtown area. When they are able to break away from it all, you’ll find Haylee, Nic, their daughter Hazel and their black Lab Moose, enjoying all the Wyoming wilderness has to offer. Whether it’s in the backcountry - hunting, fishing, hiking and camping - Haylee is constantly on the go. She believes there’s nowhere quite like the Big Horn Basin and having experienced all that Cody Country has to offer, she strives to help others do the same.
