Jacob Ivanoff

Jacob “Jake” Ivanoff is a top-producing real estate agent in Wyoming and the top grossing agent in the Northwest Wyoming MLS, earning top-producing honors in 2025–2026. Since beginning his career in 2007, Jake has consistently ranked among the top-producing agents in the region, helping clients successfully buy and sell residential, commercial, and investment properties across Northwest Wyoming. In addition to real estate sales, Jake is an active investor and business owner. He is the founder and owner behind multiple ventures, including 307 Realty (2010), 307 Real Estate Cody (2013), 307 Real Estate Sheridan (2018), The Scout Inn (2021), Blanca Tatanka Bar & Grill (2023), Powell Business Plaza (2023), and Cody Business Plaza (2023). Jake and his wife, Jaime, are raising their three children in Cody and are deeply committed to the community. He served nine years as a volunteer firefighter and has been actively involved in local organizations including the Shoshone Recreation Board, Cody Planning and Zoning, Park County Travel, and the Cody Lions Club, where he has been a member since 2003.
