The Wohlbrandt Ranch is a contiguous 1,530 +/- acre tract of raw land located just a few miles from the city center in Buffalo, Wyoming. Approximately 100 acres are under a water irrigation contract with the State of Wyoming and it produces over 400 tons of alfalfa and alfalfa/grass hay per year. The rest of the ranch consists largely of native range with some improved meadow grass. There are a couple of springs and two solar wells and a pipeline that provide water for stock and irrigation.
